5.Enter the IP of the NVR in the address bar of the browser, logging in, but the camera video cannot be viewed after.
1)Download and Install the pop-up control.
2)Controls may be blocked by the browser, set not to block.
3)Install the control.
4)Browser and plugin issues (the most common cause) ,This is the number one culprit causing the inability to preview the screen, especially for older NVRs.
Use the recommended browser:
Internet Explorer (IE) browser of choice: The vast majority of traditional NVR web pages are based on IE’s ActiveX controls. Although Microsoft has stopped supporting IE, many NVRs still need it.
If the system does not have IE, you can try the “IE compatibility mode” of Microsoft Edge browser. Open Edge, find the “Default browser” option in the settings, set “Let Internet Explorer open websites in Microsoft Edge” to “Always”, then restart Edge, and then access the NVR IP.
