3.The NVR cannot add cameras.

1)The NVR cannot find the camera.

(1)Make sure the camera and NVR are under the same router. For example, they have the same IP segment (such router: 192.168.10.1, NVR: 192.168.10.88, Camera: 192.168.10.128).

(2) Make sure the camera Onvif switch in the app is turned on and set the password.

2)Displays a “Network Unreachable” error.

(1) Double-click the “Network Unreachable” error to see if the protocol port/account/password in the configuration is correct. They are the parameters of the camera, and you need to check with the parameters of the camera.
