2.After adding the NVR to the mobile app, the NVR is offline.

1)Click on the cloud icon in the lower right corner of the screen to see if the third QR code (SN) has appeared. If it does not appear, it means that the NVR is not connected to the Internet (return to question 1), or Cloud Service is not turned on.

Select “Enable”, select the region “China”  “Europe” or “North America”, this option is automatically selected for you by default, if not, you need to select manually. If not in the above area, select the area close to it, or try each one. Click “OK” and restart the NVR.

2)When the third QR code appears, you can add the NVR to the Tuya app by scanning the third QR code, or add it through Bluetooth mode.
