1.NVR Unable to connect to the network.

1)Check if the NVR’s UP_LINK interface is already connected to the router via a wired network.

2)Make sure that the Internet Protocol Address of the NVR is in the same IP segment as the router. For example, my router IP is 192.168.10.1, and my NVR IP is 192.168.10.88. Click the window icon in the lower right corner of the screen,You can automatically assign an IP to the NVR by selecting DHCP, or manually modify the IP of the NVR. Then click “OK” and restart the NVR.

3)Test whether the NVR has successfully connected to the router. Click “Network Testing” and click “PING”. When you see “0% packet loss”, which proves that the NVR has successfully connected to the router.
